This is a used compact fluorescent retrofit kit. It comes with a solid state electronic ballast rated at 128 watts which is enough to power two 55w compact fluorescent lights. It has two reflectors which are 22 inches long, 4 inches wide and 2 inches high. The two reflectors can be installed end-to-end on a 48" long aquarium in one 4" wide row, or installed front-to-back on a 24" or 30" long aquarium. It also includes two end caps for connecting compact fluorescent bulbs with a 2G11 base (four pins in a line) as well as bulb mounting clips, power cord and a switch. This auction does not include any bulbs. Note that since this is used kit that it does not have all the little nuts and bolts that came with original kit nor are the cables the original lengths mentioned in the instructions. However you should be able to find wiring and misc hardware at a local hardware store if you need longer wires.
